Appointments

We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in North Scottsdale, AZ so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

Cancellation

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. There is no charge for cancellations made with the 48 hour notice.

Financial 

We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.

Insurance and Payments

Depending on treatment and the plan in effect, dental insurance plans cover between 50-100% of the cost. As a courtesy, we will file the claims for you and only ask for your estimated co-payment. Please understand this is only an estimate and is based on the information available to us. If after 60 days your insurance company has not paid their portion, you will be responsible for the balance.

As a service to our patients, we are pleased to offer Care Credit, a patient payment plan provider. Care Credit has several payment plans to meet every financial need, including interest-free and low interest options, each with low monthly payments and no upfront costs. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover at the time of service. Cash and Checks are also welcome.
