Insurance and Payments
Depending on treatment and the plan in effect, dental insurance plans cover between 50-100% of the cost. As a courtesy, we will file the claims for you and only ask for your estimated co-payment. Please understand this is only an estimate and is based on the information available to us. If after 60 days your insurance company has not paid their portion, you will be responsible for the balance.
